Netronix, inc. emerged as an industry leader after 10-years of offering companies around the world an A-Z IoT platform that controls the flow of the data from the field all the way to the end user.
We are looking for Technical Solutions Specialist to be responsible for customer support and engagement of Netronix's product line. The individual will field calls & support tickets from our global network of partners and customers to facilitate resolution of their needs.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Participate and complete technical training components until an advanced level of understanding is exhibited for product line and web based solutions.
- Must be able to execute company specific procedures and policies as well as integrate with company culture.
- Respond to customer requests in an effective and timely manner.
- Maintain positive customer working relationships.
- Electronics lab experience
- Basic programming skills
Associates degree or higher desired. Will consider equivalent education plus experience.
